OUR IN-HOUSE BOOKING IN SERVICE
When your beautiful sofas are ready for delivery you can expect a call from one of our friendly “booking in team” to offer you a delivery slot usually 4 or 5 days prior to the date of delivery. If you cannot take delivery, then there will be no pressure to take this date. You will be offered another date that will be more convenient. There will be no penalty to pay for declining a delivery slot. We will hold your sofa FREE OF CHARGE until you are ready for your delivery.
OUR IN-HOUSE DELIVERY SERVICE
Once your delivery takes place you can expect an expert two man delivery team who will call you when 30 minutes away.
They will meet you with a smile and work with you to provide the best delivery and setup possible. Unwrapping and putting your sofas in your room of choice exactly where you require them. Always respecting your property and your needs.

If there was an issue with your purchase, then you can expect to be contacted within one working day of your initial contact into us by a helpful and understanding member of our team. Once your issue has been logged, they will then keep you updated every step of the way. We know how frustrating it can be chasing companies for information. Sending emails back and forth.
